John-Michael Kyono’s career in residential and commercial real estate began 20 years ago. He has made a name for himself specializing in historic properties, period architecture, and single family homes in the Bay Area, with a gross sales production of over $600M.

A San Francisco native, John-Michael has a diverse background in property management sales and client services. It was not long before he became a top commercial real estate broker in San Francisco. John-Michael found his calling for period architecture while representing a developer specializing in brick and timber conversions of historic properties. It was this passion that led him to purchase and restore an historic bar and grill located in Downtown San Francisco.

After starting a family he sold the bar and grill, committing to a career in historic property sales. Through expert knowledge, hard work and dedication he built a solid reputation in the real estate community. He has been honored to represent such significant properties as the Phelan family carriage house, The Mint Building, the Merchant Exchange, the Dahl-Beck building and has closed over 500 sale and lease transactions.
